Grilled Salmon With Grand Marnier Citrus Sauce
Ingredients -
2 Skinless Boneless Salmon Portions (6 ounces)
Grand Marnier liqueur (2 ounces)
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
Juice from 1/2 Lime
Juice from 1/2 Orange or Tangerine
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Roasted Pine Nuts
4 Large Basil Leaves (julienne cut)
1 Pineapple Slice
Salt and Fresh Cracked Black Pepper (to taste)
Preparation:

1. Season the salmon patties with salt and pepper.

2. Grill or sauté the salmon until fully cooked.

3. Grill the pineapple at the same time.

4. In a hot sauté pan, add the butter and Grand Marnier.

5. Let everything evaporate.

6. Add the citrus juices, the pine nuts and the julienned basil to the sauce.

7. Allow it to reduce for approximately four minutes.

8. For serving, place the grilled pineapple on a plate and lay the salmon fillet on top of it.

9. Pour the sauce of the salmon and serve hot with your choice of seasonal vegetables and potatoes.
